1. Private Tour Bookings
All journeys conducted by Amaya Lanka Tours are strictly private chauffeur tours tailored exclusively for your party. No other guests will join your vehicle.
2. Free Quotations & Inquiries
Requesting a customized day-by-day itinerary or quotation is 100% free with zero obligation. You are not required to provide credit card information to receive travel advice or custom tour proposals.
3. Flexible Itinerary & Spontaneity
Because you have a private licensed chauffeur guide and dedicated vehicle with unlimited mileage, you may request spontaneous scenic stops, fruit stall breaks, and viewpoint visits along your route, subject to reasonable road safety and hotel check-in schedules.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
We offer free cancellations up to 14 days prior to your tour start date. For boutique luxury hotels with strict non-refundable seasonal policies, cancellation terms will be stated with complete transparency in your final itinerary agreement.
